About me

Born and raised in Indonesia, I set out early to explore the world, pursuing a Bachelor of Visual Communication in Singapore before launching my career as a graphic designer in Shanghai. Those early years shaped my love for visual storytelling and problem-solving through design.

In 2016, I moved to Sydney, Australia, where I spent incredible years working with private and public organisations, honing my skills in learning experience design, eLearning, and visual communication. It was in Sydney that I discovered the powerful intersection of creativity and learning—crafting content that doesn’t just inform but transforms the way people engage with knowledge.

For me, intuition drives everything I create. Designing impactful learning experiences isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about understanding how people learn and ensuring that every visual, interaction, and flow serves a purpose. I bring a thoughtful, design-led approach to workplace training, making complex information clear, engaging, and effective.

I believe that learning should feel seamless, engaging, and even enjoyable. Whether it’s interactive eLearning, visual storytelling, or refining workplace procedures, I help businesses turn ideas into immersive learning experiences.

Mind

Cognitive strategies boost retention by linking new and prior knowledge. We design content that fosters critical thinking by emphasising the "why" behind concepts. Through problem-based learning, learners engage with real-world challenges, analysing and responding for deeper understanding.

We engage learners on a deeper, personal level by using storytelling, empathy-driven scenarios, and real-life cases that evoke emotion. By connecting content with emotions, learners are more likely to internalize information, reflect on it personally, and stay motivated and engaged.

We focus on behavioural learning by using role-playing, simulations, and interactive activities to encourage real-world application. Techniques like repetition, reinforcement, and rewards drive motivation and commitment. Practice and feedback help reinforce positive behaviours, making new skills easier to apply in daily life or work.
