The Code of Conduct Trivia project is a copy of an original a scenario-based elearning for a government agency's Code of Ethics and Conduct training module. The scenarios were written in the collaboration with the Subject Matter Expert and the concept of trivia and collecting points are embed as part of the gamification. The scenarios reflect the Code of Ethics and Conduct conflicts government employees face when doing their day-to-day job. The elearning is built on Storyline and delivered as a SCORM file. The final SCORM file is implemented in their Cornerstone LMS. We've reached a completion number of 80% within less than 6 months.
